I recently purchased a vehicle through this dealership and was lucky enough to deal with a wonderful sales agent named Frank. It was an excellent experience. He listened to what our needs were. He did a fantastic job explaining the difference between the vehicles. He also explained the pros and cons from purchasing new vs used, saved us a lot of money that way! We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We have recommended this dealership to many family and friends and will be going back there for our next car purchase.

Was looking to purchase a second car to go back and forth to work. Fell in love with the Fiat 500. Frank was able to answer all our questions we had. Made us feel extremely comfortable during the whole thing. I will be back again when I need to purchase a car.

While car shopping went to more dealerships than I have been to in my life. When stopping in to Johnston Chrysler I found it to be the best experience of any of the dealerships I visited. At Johnston I met Linda who was willing to find the answers to any questions that she couldn't answer right away as opposed to other sales reps at other dealerships who would say anything to get the sale even if they weren't sure (one even told me that a car got 50mpg instead of the 35 it actually got). Based on my experience with this dealership or at least with Linda I will be back again next time I find myself in the market for a car!
